1995 VW Golf III city - SOLD

5 speed manual, white, 4-door hatchback, sunroof, power locks, passenger air bag, Sony FM/CD w/ 4 speakers. Cold A/C. Odometer reads 179'582, but car has 21'800 miles less, see below. Can install new oil+oil filter+air filter before delivery. Spare drive belt and serpentine belt included. Bought in 2003, used as a spare car (it never let us down!) from 2007 to present


Very well maintained by car enthusiast:
- 09/2007 170k : new A/C compressor -> cold A/C
- 01/2007 169k : new head gasket, water pump, thermostat, coolant tank
- 10/2006 166k : new timing belt
- 05/2006 161k : replaced instrument panel. Speedometer broke in old instrument panel at 139k. -> the car has 21k miles less than odometer reading
- 04/2006 137k* : new tires
- 01/2005 126k* : new serpentine belt + drive belt
- 02/2004 116k* : new master cylinder, rear brakes, distributor

Real 32mpg highway, real 28mpg in town. Clean title in hand. Smogged 12/9/2008

On the picture you can see the instrument panel as it was unplugged to replace with the ebay unit. Odometer kept working, but speedometer failed. I kept the old instument panel to show it to buyer.
